Send your wheel to Velox Stitched HQ using a tracked and insured service. UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD. USA & International: UPS, FedEx or USPS International Tracked — we accept wheels from anywhere in the world.

Packing Your Wheel
Once your order is placed, follow these steps to get your wheel to us safely. Proper packaging protects your wheel and helps us start work the moment it arrives.
Remove Accessories
Remove the airbag, plastic trim pieces, and paddle shifters (if possible) before shipping. We only need the core wheel.
Protection First
Wrap the rim in bubble wrap or foam sheeting. Pay extra attention to the thumb rests and any existing leather you want to preserve.
Box Choice
Use a sturdy, double-walled box. Ensure there is at least 2 inches of padding between the wheel and the box walls.
Insert Your Order Slip
Print your order confirmation and tuck it inside the box so we can identify your wheel the moment it arrives.
Pro-Tip: UK customers: use Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD (min £250 cover). USA customers: UPS or FedEx International with declared value insurance. All wheels are photographed on arrival.
