Mail-in Service — Removable Cushions Only
We do not accept full seat frames. Our mail-in service is designed exclusively for removable seat cushions and centre sections that can be shipped safely. Please do not send complete seat shells, runners, or any metal frame components. Items sent incorrectly will be returned unmodified at the sender's cost.

The Velox Foam Integrity Check
Our master trimmers inspect every cushion upon arrival. For a factory-grade finish, the internal foam must be structurally sound.
Standard Service
Includes stripping your existing fabric and professional re-covering of your original foam with your chosen material. No extra charge if foam is in good condition.
Velox Restoration
We don't just cover — we rejuvenate. If your bolsters have collapsed, crumbled, or compressed, our master trimmers can restore the original factory loft before applying your new custom covers. We'll quote you before a single stitch is made.

What to Send Us
Cushion Removal & Packing Guide
Remove with Care
Most modular bucket seat cushions (Recaro, Sparco, Tillett, etc.) are held in by heavy-duty Velcro. Gently peel from one corner to avoid tearing the underside of the foam.
Clear the Debris
Give the cushions a quick vacuum to remove any loose crumbs or track-day grit before boxing them up.
No Plastic Shells
Please only send the removable foam/fabric sections. Do not send the hard seat shells unless specifically discussed with our team.
The Box Test
Ensure the cushions aren't folded or crushed in transit. Use a box large enough to let them sit flat so the foam doesn't take a permanent set during shipping.
