International Shipping — £19.95 Flat Rate
A flat rate of £19.95 applies to all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, including EU countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden) and the United States. Delivery is up to 13 working days from dispatch.
All orders are sent via tracked & insured courier. A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch.
Our Pro-Fit service requires you to mail your steering wheel core to our UK workshop. Here's the full timeline:
You post your wheel
After ordering, we email our workshop address within 1 hour. Use a tracked service — Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD, or UPS Tracked & Insured all accepted.
48-hour workshop turnaround
Once your wheel arrives, our master trimmers complete the stitching within 48 working hours. You will receive a photo confirmation before dispatch.
UPS Tracked & Insured return
Your finished wheel is returned via UPS Tracked & Insured delivery. You'll receive your tracking number by email the moment it's dispatched.
Total lead time
From posting your wheel to receiving it back: approximately 5–7 working days (transit dependent).
DIY kit orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Pro-Fit service fees are non-refundable once stitching has commenced. If you are unhappy with the quality of the work, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wheel and we will rectify it free of charge.
