These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velox Stitched website and any purchases made through it. Velox Stitched is a trading name of Collinghamco Ltd (Company No. 15985212, registered in England & Wales), whose registered office is at 21 Fulmar Way, Gateford, Worksop, S81 8UF. By placing an order you agree to these Terms in full.
We offer two service types: (a) DIY Cover Kits, shipped directly to your delivery address; and (b) Pro-Fit Stitching Service, a mail-in service where you post your steering wheel core to our workshop and we return it fully stitched. All products are sourced using MEWANT premium covers or equivalent quality materials.
CRITICAL: You must remove the airbag module, horn button, and all internal electronics from your steering wheel before posting it to our workshop. Steering wheels containing airbag units are classified as hazardous goods under UK shipping regulations. Any parcel received with an intact airbag will be refused and returned at the sender's cost. Velox Stitched accepts no liability for damage arising from failure to remove the airbag prior to shipping.
All Pro-Fit stitching work carries a 12-month warranty against stitch failure, thread separation, or material delamination under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: (a) improper installation or removal of the cover; (b) exposure to excessive heat, solvents, or abrasives; (c) normal wear and tear on high-use surfaces. To make a warranty claim, email veloxstitched@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the defect within the 12-month period.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price shown at checkout.
DIY Kit orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD. Pro-Fit orders are returned via Tracked & Insured DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery once stitching is complete (typically 48-hour workshop turnaround). Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page. Unused DIY kits may be returned within 30 days. Pro-Fit service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Velox Stitched's total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss. Steering wheel removal and re-installation remains entirely the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that any work involving airbag systems is performed by a qualified automotive technician.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
